Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Infrequently, if the item were turn into out-of-stock during processing the order, order will be put on hold and notice will sent via email. Kindly contact customer service to make replacement. Once replacement has been made, order will be processed within 1 working day. We will advise accordingly if there is any delay in delivery time.
